The city of Three Rivers has partnered with CopperBay on a new development just north of downtown Three Rivers!

CopperBay will break ground on a new development called Garfield Park to bring new housing options to the area. This will include a dozen new construction, single family homes offered for lease, ranging from 1,400 to 2,200 square feet, featuring granite counters, stainless steel appliances, attached garages, and individual yards — all pet-friendly.

For the City of Three Rivers, the partnership represents a $2.4 million investment in new housing stock at a time when quality rental options in the area were limited. For CopperBay, it's exactly the kind of community we set out to build — purpose-built homes in places where families actually want to live.

Garfield Park is now fully built and home to CopperBay residents. If you're interested in Three Rivers or the surrounding area, take a look at what's currently available.
